Wow, from day one I've been impressed by Jalen. He brings a lot of experience to the training he provides and works hard to meet the athletes needs and abilities. Jalen has always checked in on any injuries so that nothing is compromised when training. He continues his own personal growth at the same time. He practices what he preaches and is always learning. Jalen is a 'gentle' man, he's kind, respectful plus great fun to be around. Working out with Jalen is a real treat and he will bring you to a level you aspire to.

Jalen is a great coach! I had the pleasure of working with him on his Boxing Fitness certification. He's a natural when it comes to coaching! Knowledgeable and a people person. Jalen is a top coach!

Jalen is second to none! Every time I get a workout from him, my body feels stronger as well as more fluid. He does such a good job of queuing what muscles to engage while also give me the space to explore my own mind to body connection. The actual movements we are doing whether it's boxing or strength based; are stimulating and just pure fun. He has changed the way I perceived working out. Before it was something I have to do. Now it is something I get to do to honor myself and my body. He's your guy if you're looking for fun/effective workouts and how to connect to you body!
